At Bauman’s Fiber Farm, the wool used in our blankets and rugs begins with the animals raised here on our farm. Our sheep, llamas, and other fiber animals produce beautiful natural fiber that can be used in a variety of wool products.

Many of the pieces we create combine fibers from different animals raised on the farm, giving each blanket or rug its own unique texture and character.

Natural Fiber from Our Farm

​The wool and fiber used in our products come directly from animals raised here, including breeds such as Gotland sheep along with fiber from our llamas and other wool-producing animals.

​

Because these fibers are natural, each finished piece has its own color variations and texture that reflect the animals that produced it.
